Abstract

The topic of the final bachelor's thesis: "Diesel engine for a diesel power plant with a capacity of 150 kW". The presented work is devoted to the development of an + in-line six-cylinder stationary diesel internal combustion engine with a capacity of 150 kW. Tasks that were solved during the study: • Selection of a prototype for further engine design, as well as analysis of trends and new directions in the development of internal combustion engines. • Thermal calculation of the engine according to the Grinevetsky method and construction of indicator diagrams. • Construction of Brix and Tolle diagrams, dynamic calculation of the loading of the main, connecting rod necks and bearings, respectively. Vector and expanded diagrams of pressure on the main, connecting rod necks of the crankshaft and their bearings. • Evaluation of the engine for balance and further strength calculation of the crank mechanism, which includes: the crankshaft, piston and connecting rod. As a result of the calculation process, schemes of cooling, lubrication and fuel supply systems were developed, a boost system was selected, and drawings of the transverse and longitudinal sections of the diesel engine were constructed. As a result of the calculation, a stationary diesel engine with a capacity of 150 kW was developed. Based on the analysis and research obtained in the course of the work, it is possible to manufacture these engines, and upgrade existing ones.
