Abstract

В данной работе рассмотрены основные принципы получения композитных материалов на полимерной основе с добавлением микрочешуек стекла в качестве наполнителя. Экспериментальным путем были определены параметры синтеза матрицы из двухкомпонентной полиуретановой смолы. Изучены способы удаления примесей, выраженных в виде пузырьков воздуха в объеме материала. При помощи спектрофотометра получены спектры пропускания, иллюстрирующие зависимость прозрачности исследуемых пленок от объемной концентрации наполнителя. В результате работы была разработана методика синтеза защитного композитного материала, исследованы зависимости свойств получаемых пленок от объемного содержания наполнителя, а также от параметров дегазирования образцов в вакуумном шкафу.

This paper discusses the basic principles of obtaining composite materials based on polymer with the addition of micro glass flakes as a filler. The parameters of the synthesis of a matrix from a two-component polyurethane resin were determined experimentally. Methods for removing impurities expressed in the form of air bubbles in the bulk of the material have been studied. Using a spectrophotometer, transmission spectra were obtained, illustrating the dependence of the transparency of the studied films on the volume concentration of the filler. As a result of the work, a method for the synthesis of a protective composite material was developed, the dependences of the properties of the resulting films on the volumetric content of the filler, as well as on the parameters of degassing samples in a vacuum cabinet, were investigated.
