Ð’ данной работе раÑÑмотрены оÑновные принципы Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… материалов на полимерной оÑнове Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ микрочешуек Ñтекла в качеÑтве наполнителÑ. ÐкÑпериментальным путем были определены параметры Ñинтеза матрицы из двухкомпонентной полиуретановой Ñмолы. Изучены ÑпоÑобы ÑƒÐ´Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÑей, выраженных в виде пузырьков воздуха в объеме материала. При помощи Ñпектрофотометра получены Ñпектры пропуÑканиÑ, иллюÑтрирующие завиÑимоÑть прозрачноÑти иÑÑледуемых пленок от объемной концентрации наполнителÑ. Ð’ результате работы была разработана методика Ñинтеза защитного композитного материала, иÑÑледованы завиÑимоÑти ÑвойÑтв получаемых пленок от объемного ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ, а также от параметров Ð´ÐµÐ³Ð°Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ†Ð¾Ð² в вакуумном шкафу.
This paper discusses the basic principles of obtaining composite materials based on polymer with the addition of micro glass flakes as a filler. The parameters of the synthesis of a matrix from a two-component polyurethane resin were determined experimentally. Methods for removing impurities expressed in the form of air bubbles in the bulk of the material have been studied. Using a spectrophotometer, transmission spectra were obtained, illustrating the dependence of the transparency of the studied films on the volume concentration of the filler. As a result of the work, a method for the synthesis of a protective composite material was developed, the dependences of the properties of the resulting films on the volumetric content of the filler, as well as on the parameters of degassing samples in a vacuum cabinet, were investigated.
