Ð’ работе были получены каталитичеÑкие железные пленки Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÐµÐ¹ÑˆÐµÐ³Ð¾ плазмохимичеÑкого оÑÐ°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ³Ð»ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… нанотрубок на кремниевых подложках, при поÑтоÑнном токе. Изучены ÑмиÑÑионные характериÑтики выращенных трубок, а также проведен анализ влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð»Ñ‰Ð¸Ð½Ñ‹ катализатора на роÑÑ‚ углеродных нанотрубок.
In this work, catalytic iron films were obtained for further plasma-chemical deposition of carbon nanotubes on silicon substrates at a direct current. The emission characteristics of the grown tubes have been studied, and the effect of the catalyst thickness on the growth of carbon nanotubes has been analyzed.
