
Ð’ ходе иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð° проанализирована проблема ÑтроительÑтва и оценки ÑнергоÑффективноÑти паÑÑивных домов и была предложена конÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñхема зданиÑ, Ð¾Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñм ПД. Цель работы заключалаÑÑŒ в подборе оптимальной ограждающей конÑтрукции Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼ утеплителÑ. РаÑÑмотрев проблему в облаÑти ÑнергоÑÐ±ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑтроительÑтва паÑÑивного дома, был проведен анализ научной литературы. Проанализировав нормативные документы, можно Ñделать вывод, что проектирование ПаÑÑивного дома в РоÑÑии имеет точечный характер, нет определенных норм и требований Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑтроительÑтва ПаÑÑивного дома. РаÑÑмотрены разные теплоизолÑционные материалы и разные конÑтруктивные Ñхемы зданий. Произведены теплотехничеÑкие раÑчеты иÑпользуемых материалов, выполнен технико-ÑкономичеÑкое Ñравнение проекта ПаÑÑивного дома Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ дома, поÑтроенного по традиционной технологии. Ðа оÑнове полученных данных был Ñделан ÑнергетичеÑкий паÑпорт объекта, определен Ñрок окупаемоÑти ПаÑÑивного дома и его ÑкÑплуатационные затраты.
In the course of the study, the problem of construction and assessment of the energy efficiency of passive houses was analyzed and the structural scheme of the building was proposed that meets the requirements of the PD. The purpose of the work was to select the optimal enclosing structure with a choice of insulation. Having considered the problem in the field of energy saving and construction of a passive house, an analysis of the scientific literature was carried out. After analyzing the regulatory documents, we can conclude that the design of the Passive House in Russia is of a point nature, there are no specific norms and requirements for the design and construction of the Passive House. Different heat-insulating materials and different structural schemes of buildings are considered. Thermal calculations of the materials used were made, a technical and economic comparison of the Passive House project with the project of a house built using traditional technology was made. On the basis of the data obtained, an energy passport of the object was made, the payback period of the Passive House and its operating costs were determined.
