Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Интеграционно-аналитический метод инициации инвестиционно-строительного проекта» посвящена разработке подхода, позволяющего повысить качество запускаемых проектов на этапе инициации посредством разнофакторного анализа входных данных. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Исследовать применяющиеся на сегодняшний день методы управления проектами, проанализировать преимущества и недостатки каждого из них, оценить условия применимости; 2. Разработать типовую модель инвестиционно-строительного проекта промышленного здания, используя методы и подходы управления проектами; 3. На основе существующих методов и опыта сформировать методику, позволяющую снизить количество запусков нерентабельных проектов на стадии инициации. Для оценки было выбрано промышленное сооружение типа предприятия ООО «ВЕЗА». Российское предприятие ООО "ВЕЗА" создано в 1995 году. Основное направление деятельности: разработка, изготовление и реализация вентиляционного оборудования и климатической техники. В состав "ВЕЗА" входит семь собственных заводов в России, Украине и Белоруссии: "ВЕЗА-Фрязино", "ВЕЗА-Храпуново", "ВЕЗА-Брянск", "ВЕЗА-Карачев", "ВЕЗА-Миасс", "ВЕЗА-Харьков", "ВЕЗА-Гомель" Компания "ВЕЗА" - единственное в России предприятие полного технологического цикла производства кондиционеров, вентиляторов и прочей климатической техники. Предприятие планирует построить завод с уникальной линейкой продукции, в связи с чем производится продукта, его конкурентоспособность.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “integration-analytical method of initiation of investment-building project”. The development of an approach that improves the quality of projects launched during the initiation phase by analyzing input data in different ways. The research set the following goals: 1. Studying current project management practices, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each, and assess applicability conditions. 2. Development of a model for the industrial building investment project using project management techniques and approaches. 3. Create on existing methods and experience to develop a methodology to reduce the number of unprofitable start-up projects. Industrial construction of the type of enterprise LTD «VESA» was chosen for evaluation. Russian enterprise LTD "VESA" was created in 1995. Main activity: development, manufacture and marketing of ventilation and climatic equipment. "VESA" includes seven own factories in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus: "VESA-Fryazino", "VESA-Chrapunovo", "VESA-Bryansk", "VESA-Karachev", "VESA-Mias", "VESA-Kharkov", "VESA-Gomel" Company "VESA" is the only enterprise in Russia of the complete technological cycle of production of air conditioners, fans and other climatic equipment.
