Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Психологические особенности виртуальной коммуникации в студенческой среде». Данная работа посвящена исследованию психологических особенностей виртуальной коммуникации в студенческой среде. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучить и проанализировать теоретические подходы к исследованию виртуальной коммуникации; 2. Разработать структуру исследования для проведения фокус-группы; 3. Исследовать особенности виртуальной и реальной коммуникации в студенческой среде; 4. Изучить психологические особенности студентов, предпочитающих виртуальную и реальную коммуникацию; 5. Определить психологические особенности виртуальной коммуникации. Работа проведена на базе СПБПУ Петра Великого, со студентами в возрасте от 18 до 25 лет. Исследование коммуникации проводилось методом фокус-группы и обрабатывалось с помощью контент-анализа. Также в исследовании были использованы методика «Диагностика мотивов аффилиации» А. Мехрабиана и методика «Шкала самооценки уровня тревожности» Ч. Д. Спилберга в адаптации Ю. Л. Ханина. В результате были исследованы и проанализированы психологические особенности виртуальной коммуникации. Получены данные по отличию виртуальной коммуникации от реальной,в контексте содержания, мотивов и эмоциональной окраски. Также исследованы психологические особенности студентов, предпочитающих виртуальную и реальную коммуникацию.

The topic of the final qualification work: "Psychological features of virtual communication in the student environment". this work is devoted to the study of the psychological features of virtual communication in the student environment. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. To study and analyze theoretical approaches to the study of virtual communication; 2. Develop a research structure for the focus group; 3. Explore the features of virtual and real communication in the student environment; 4. Study the psychological characteristics of students who prefer virtual and real communication; 5. Determine the psychological characteristics of virtual communication. The work was carried out on the basis of peter the great spbpu, with students aged 18 to 25 years. The study of communication was conducted by the focus group method and processed using content analysis. The study also used the method "Diagnosis of affiliation motives" by A. Mehrabian and the method "Scale of self-assessment of the level of anxiety" by C. D. Spielberg in the adaptation of Yu. L. Khanin. As a result, the psychological features of virtual communication were investigated and analyzed. The data on the difference between virtual communication and real communication in the context of content,motives and emotional coloring are obtained. The psychological characteristics of students who prefer virtual and real communication are also studied.
