Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° предÑтавлÑет Ñобой иÑÑледование по повышению продуктивноÑть культуры Escherichia coli, при культивировании на различных питательных Ñредах. Ð’ рамках работы решалиÑÑŒ Ñледующие задачи: • подготовка питательных Ñред различных ÑоÑтавов; • оценка продуктивноÑти; • определение оптимального времени ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹; • определение физико-химичеÑких ÑвойÑтв; Ð’ работе предÑтавлены результаты ÑкÑперимента по культивированию культуры Escherichia coli на питательных Ñредах различного ÑоÑтава. Был выбран оптимальные ÑоÑтав Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¸Ð¾Ð¼Ð°ÑÑÑ‹ культуры и Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ на производÑтве. Ðа оÑновании полученных данных можно Ñделать Ñледующие выводы: • E. coli ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÑƒÐ½Ð¸Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñальным инÑтрументом Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°ÑƒÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… проектов; • показана возможноÑть ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ Escherichia coli на питательных Ñредах Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ ÑоÑтавом; • оптимальное Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ðµ ÑоÑтавило 4-5 чаÑа (Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑÐ·Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² и полупродуктов на различных производÑтвах); • оптимальное Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ðµ ÑоÑтавило 5-6 чаÑа (Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ð¸Ð¾Ð¼Ð°ÑÑÑ‹ Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ иÑпользовать в производÑтве вакцин, иммунобиологичеÑких препаратов и Ñ‚.д.); • были определены физико – химичеÑкие ÑвойÑтва культуры Escherichia coli.
The theme of the final qualifying work: "Increasing the productivity of Escherichia coli culture when cultivated on various nutrient media." This work is a study to increase the productivity of Escherichia coli cul-ture, when cultivated on various nutrient media. As part of the work, the fol-lowing tasks were solved: • preparation of nutrient media of various compositions; • assessment of productivity; • determination of the optimal cultivation time of the culture; • determination of physical and chemical properties; The paper presents the results of an experiment Escherichia coli cultiva-tion on various compositions nutrient media. The optimal composition was chosen for the accumulation of culture biomass and for use in manufacturing. Based on the data obtained, the following conclusions can be drawn: • E. coli is a universal culture for scientific projects; • Shown possibility of Escherichia coli cultivation on nutrient media with a modified composition; • the optimal cultivation time was 4-5 hours (to determine the contamina-tion of products and intermediate products at various industries); • the optimal cultivation time was 5-6 hours (for the accumulation of bio-mass for use in the production of vaccines, immunobiological preparations, etc.); • physical and chemical properties of Escherichia coli culture were deter-mined
