Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка и продвижение продукции высокотехнологичного производства». Целью исследования является раскрытие основных теоретических аспектов управления разработкой и продвижением продукции высокотехнологичного производства. Исследование выполнялось на базе предприятия ООО «НОВЫЙ ДОМ». Предмет исследования: управленческие отношения, возникающие в процессе разработки и продвижения продукции высокотехнологичного производства в строительной отрасли. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод классификации, экономико-статистического моделирования, оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты исследования: – сформулирован подход к понятию высокотехнологичного производства; – разработана модифицированная модель NPD-процесса с учетом вариантов сценариев, обосновано применение модели на примере высокотехнологичного производства в строительной отрасли; – разработан подход к продвижению высокотехнологичной продукции в рамках открытой инновационной среды. Область применения результатов ВКР: применение результатов исследования в деятельности компании-объекта исследования с возможностью последующего масштабирования решения на других высокотехнологичных предприятиях. Научной новизной исследования является определение жизнеспособности проекта по разработке высокотехнологичной продукции с учетом высокой волатильности внешней экономической среды, а также использование преимуществ открытой инновационной системы в ходе продвижения высокотехнологичной продукции. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: «Development and promotion of high-tech products». The aim of the study is to reveal the main theoretical aspects of managing the development and promotion of high-tech products. The study was carried out on the basis of the company "NOVIY DOM". Research subject: management relationships that arise in the process of development and promotion of high-tech products in the construction industry. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, classification method, economic and statistical modeling, evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - formulation of the approach to the concept of high-tech production; - development of the modified model of the NPD process with scenario variants, justification of the application of the model on the example of high-tech production in the construction industry; - development of the approach to the promotion of high-tech products in an open innovation environment; Application field: use of results of research in the activities of the company-object of study with the possibility of scaling solutions for high-tech enterprises. The scientific novelty of the research is to determine the viability of a project for the development of high-tech products, taking into account the high volatility of the external economic environment, as well as to use the advantages of an open innovation system in the promotion of high-tech products. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined. The prospects and directions of further research are substantiated.
