Abstract

Целью исследования является моделирование и усовершенствование бизнес-процессов онлайн школы, формирование требований к ИТ-архитектуре. Исследование выполнялось на базе онлайн-школы «Умный копирайтинг». Предмет ВКРмодели бизнес-процессов и ИТ-архитектуры онлайн школы. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования, а также методы использование специализированного программного обеспечения. Основные результаты исследования: – проведен анализ бизнес-процессов, выявлены узкие места, требующие реинжиниринга; – тразработана и предложена новая модель продаж, которая позволяет решить одну из главных проблем компании – низкий уровень эффективности продаж и, как следствие, низкий уровень экономической прибыли; – сформированы требования к ИТ-архитектуре онлайн школы; – проведен сравнительный анализ и рассмотрены основные функциональные возможности ИТ-платформ для реализации образовательной деятельности; – обоснован выбор ИТ-платформы для реализации образовательной деятельности онлайн школы «Умный копирайтинг». Областью применения результатов ВКР– деятельность онлайн школы «Умный копирайтинг». Научной новизной исследования является разработка и применение новых технологий продаж, увеличивающих в 7 раз конверсию в покупку. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.

The purpose of the research is is to model and improve the business processes of an online school, and to form requirements for it architecture. The study was carried out on the basis of the online school "Smart copywriting". The subject of the thesis: business processes models and IT-architecture model. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used, as well as methods of using specialized software. The main results of the study: - Analysis of business processes were carried out, bottlenecks required for reengineering were identified Conducted a comparative analysis and considered the main functionality of it platforms for the implementation of educational activities; - A new sales model has been developed and proposed, which allows solving one of the main problems of the company – a low level of sales efficiency and, as a result, a low level of economic profit; -The choice of an it platform for the implementation of educational activities of the online school "Smart copywriting" is justified». Scope of results is the activity of the online school "Smart copywriting". The scientific novelty of research is the development and application of new sales technologies that increase the conversion to purchase by 7 times. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. Prospects and directions for further development of the study are grounded. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty
