Целью исследования данной магистерской диссертации является обоснование перспективных направлений развития использования ЭТП в логистике. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Торговый дом Северо-Западный». Предметом исследования магистерской диссертации является ЭТП в логистике предприятия. Основные результаты исследования: -изучены теоретические аспекты использования ЭТП; -исследованы тендеры и аукционы, международной логистике, их специализацию и особенности проведения, роль и объемы в закупочной, транспортной, распределительной и друг их видах логистики; -дана характеристика исследуемого предприятия; -разработанарекомендацияпо улучшению реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов по использованию ЭТП в логистике на предприятии. Область применения результатов ВКР- применение результатов работы в компании и возможности масштабирования решения в организациях.Научной новизной исследования является разработка предложения по совершенствованию процесса ЭТП на примере ООО «Торговый дом Северо-Западный». Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления исследования.

The purpose of the research of this master's thesis is to substantiate promising directions for the development of the use of electronic trading platforms in logistics. The research was carried out on the basis of OOO "North-West Trading House". The subject of research of the master's thesis is electronic trading platforms in enterprise logistics. The main results of the study: - studied the theoretical aspects of the use of electronic trading platforms in logistics; - researched tenders and auctions in logistics, international logistics, their specialization and peculiarities of conducting, the role and volumes in procurement, transport, distribution and other types of logistics; - the characteristics of the investigated enterprise and its logistics are given; - considered the organization of the use of ETP at the enterprise; - a recommendation has been developed to improve the reengineering of business processes for the use of ETP in logistics at the enterprise. The field of application of the results of the WRC is the application of the results of work in the activities of the company-object and the possibility of scaling the solution in organizations. The scientific novelty of the research is the development of a proposal for improving the process of electronic trading platforms on the example of the company LLC "North-West Trading House". Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results show signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions of further research are grounded.
