Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Управление финансовой устойчивостью организаций в строительной отрасли». Данная работа посвящена исследованию финансовой устойчивости предприятия, в частности организаций строительной отрасли Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области и разработаны методики ее укрепления. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: – изучить и обобщить теоретические и методологические основы финансовой устойчивости организации как основного элемента финансового состояния строительной организации; – провести анализ финансовой устойчивости организаций строительства Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области; – выявить основные проблемы и недостатки в управлении финансовой устойчивостью организаций строительства Ленинградской области и Санкт-Петербурга; – разработать и оценить механизм управления финансовой устойчивостью строительной организации. Работа проведена на базе 50 крупнейших строительных организации Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области, где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала. В результате были проведены расчеты и проанализированы абсолютные и относительные показатели финансовой устойчивости крупнейших строительных организаций региона, показывающие наглядно причины и факторы ухудшения их положения, а также определены негативные тенденции в деятельности предприятий. Построена модель корреляционно-регрессионной зависимости долгосрочной финансовой устойчивости и проведена оценка отдельных факторов влияния. Разработаны эффективные мероприятия и механизмы по укреплению финансовой устойчивости крупнейших строительных организаций региона. На основании проведенной оценки влияния, отмечена их положительное влияние на существенное укрепление финансовой устойчивости строительных организаций Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области.

The topic of the final qualifying work: «Management of the financial stability of organizations in the construction industry». This work is devoted to the study of the financial stability of an enterprise, in particular, organizations of the construction industry in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region and the development of a methodology for strengthening it. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. To study and summarize the theoretical and methodological foundations of the financial stability of the organization as the main element of the financial condition of the construction organization; 2. Analyze the financial sustainability of construction organizations in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region; 3. To identify the main problems and shortcomings in the management of the financial stability of construction organizations in the Leningrad region and St. Petersburg; 4. Develop and evaluate the mechanism for managing financial stability construction organization. The work was carried out on the basis of the 50 largest construction organizations of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, where a significant part of the factual material was collected. As a result, calculations were carried out and the absolute and relative indicators of financial stability of the largest construction companies in the region were analyzed, which clearly show the reasons and factors for the deterioration of their position, and also identified negative trends in the activities of enterprises. A model of correlation-regression dependence of long-term financial stability was built and an assessment of individual factors of influence was carried out. Effective measures and mechanisms have been developed to strengthen the financial stability of the largest construction companies in the region. Based on the assessment of the impact, their positive impact on the significant strengthening of the financial stability of construction organizations in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region is noted.
