
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° нацелена на определение оптимального варианта гидротурбины Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÑловий Ðижне-ТуломÑкой гидроÑлектроÑтанции из двух поворотно-лопаÑтных, предÑтавленных в задании: вертикального или горизонтально-капÑульного иÑполнениÑ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ задачи в ходе работы были выбраны оÑновные параметры гидротурбин, поÑтроены их ÑкÑплуатационные характериÑтики, Ñпроектированы проточные чаÑти, а так же Ñозданы проÑтранÑтвенные модели Ñтих проточных чаÑтей, предложены варианты компоновки агрегатных блоков Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð¶Ð´Ð¾Ð¹ турбины, Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ… определены примерные объемы землÑных и бетонных работ. Ð’ результате ÑопоÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½ по найденным оÑновным пара-метрам гидротурбин, маÑÑогабаритным характериÑтикам проточных трактов и предполагаемых зданий ГÐС, а так же иÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· культуры гидротурбиноÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² РоÑÑии, были Ñделаны выводы о том, что турбина вертикального иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÐµÐµ предпочтительным вариантом Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑтановленной мощноÑти данной Ñтанции. Таким образом, Ñозданы предпоÑылки Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÐµÐ¹ÑˆÐµÐ¹ проектной деÑтельноÑти по окончательной проработке вертикальной поворотно-лопаÑтной турбины на уÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ðижне-ТуломÑкой ГÐС.
This work is aimed at determining the optimal version of a hydro turbine for the conditions of the Nizhne-Tulomskaya hydroelectric power station from two Kaplan turbine, presented in the task: vertical or bulb design. To fulfill the target task, the main parameters of hydraulic turbines were se-lected, their performance characteristics were constructed, flow parts were designed, and spatial models of these flow parts were created, and options for the layout of aggregate blocks for each turbine were proposed, for which the approximate volumes of earth and concrete work were determined. As a result of comparison of hydroturbines based on the found main parameters of hydroturbines, mass and size characteristics of flow paths and proposed buildings of HPP, as well as based on the culture of hydroturbine building in Russia, conclusions were made that a vertical turbine is a more preferable option for increasing the installed capacity of this station. Thus, the prerequisites for further design activities for the final development of a vertical Kaplan turbine for the conditions of the Nizhne-Tulomskaya HPP have been created.
