
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Жилой дом Ñ ÑнергоÑффективными ограждающими конÑтрукциÑми». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена изучению ÑпоÑобов Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑнергоÑффективноÑти Ñветопрозрачных конÑтрукций. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Разработка ÑнергетичеÑких моделей Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ (BEM) Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑичеÑкими двухкамерным Ñтеклопакетом и однокамерным Ñтеклопакетом Ñ Ð½Ð¸Ð·ÐºÐ¾ÑмиÑÑионым I-Ñтеклом; 2. Разработка ÑнергетичеÑких моделей Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ (BEM) Ñ ÑиÑтемой однокамерного и двухкамерного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ClimaGuard Solar; 3. Ðнализ ÑнергетичеÑких моделей Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¾Ð¹ ÑффективноÑти выбранных ÑиÑтем. 4. Подбор наиболее оптимального варианта ÑнергоÑберегающего Ñтеклопакета Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ зданиÑ. Работа опиÑывает оÑновные характериÑтики иÑпользуемых в Ñовременном ÑтроительÑтве Ñтеклопакетов. Их преимущеÑтва и недоÑтатки отноÑительно друг друга, оÑобенноÑти их Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² климатичеÑких уÑловиÑÑ… города Ðдлер. Был произведен раÑчет ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием четырех типов Ñветопрозрачных конÑтрукций - Ñтандартного двухкамерного Ñтеклопакета, Ñтеклопакета Ñ Ð¼Ñгким ÑмиÑÑионным покрытием, Ñтеклопакетов ClimaGuard Solar Ñ Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ð¼ покрытием и заполнением межÑтекольного проÑтранÑтва аргоном. Ð’ результате была получена и проанализирована ÑнергетичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ Ñпроектированного многоÑтажного жилого зданиÑ.
The theme of the graduate qualification work: "Residential building with energy-efficient walling" This work is devoted to studying ways to increase the energy efficiency of translucent structures. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Development of building energy models (BEM) with classic two-chamber windows and singlechamber windows with low-emission I-glass; 2. Development of building energy models (BEM) with the ClimaGuard Solar single-chamber and two-chamber glazing system; 3. Analysis of energy models of the building with an assessment of the effectiveness of the selected systems. 4. Selection of the most optimal variant of energy-saving double-glazed window for the designed building. The article describes the main characteristics of double-glazed windows used in modern construction. Their advantages and disadvantages relative to each other, the features of their application in the climatic conditions of the Adler city. The energy consumption of the building was calculated using four types of translucent structures - a standard two-chamber double-glazed window, a single-chamber double-glazed window with a soft emission coating, ClimaGuard Solar double-glazed windows with a multifunctional coating and argon filling the glass between the windows. As a result, an energy model of the designed multi-story residential building was obtained and analyzed.
