
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «ВыÑÐ¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð³Ð¾Ñтиница Ñ ÑнергоÑффективным фаÑадным оÑтеклением». Целью данной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° проекта выÑотного Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¾Ñтиницы в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑким заданием на проектирование, а также подбор оптимальной конÑтрукции фаÑадного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑнергоÑффективноÑти и долговечноÑти зданиÑ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñтавленной цели в ходе работы были поÑтавлены и решены Ñледующие задачи: 1. анализ ÑвойÑтв и характериÑтик Ñовременного фаÑадного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ 2. выбор фаÑадного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· климатичеÑких уÑловий ÑтроительÑтва, конÑтруктивных, объемно-планировочных и архитектурных решений зданиÑ. Ð’ ходе работы были получены Ñледующие результаты: Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ вÑех требований дейÑтвующих нормативных документов в облаÑти ÑтроительÑтва разработана Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° возведение выÑотного Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¾Ñтиницы. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð° ÑнергоÑффективного фаÑадного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ñ‹ Ñовременные типы Ñветопрозрачных фаÑадных конÑтрукций, а также ÑпоÑобы Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑнергоÑффективноÑти оÑтеклениÑ. Проведен раÑчет приведенного ÑÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸, раÑчет транÑмиÑÑионных теплопотерь и ÑтоимоÑти фаÑадного оÑтеклениÑ. Ðа оÑнове раÑчетов и ÑÑ€Ð°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти Ñделан выбор оптимальной Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ проекта конÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°Ñадного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ - Ñтоечно-ригельного оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ (модульного) Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ Ñтеклопакетом Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ I-Ñтекла и заполнением межÑтекольного проÑтранÑтва аргоном. Полученные результаты позволÑÑŽÑ‚ дать рекомендации о целеÑообразноÑти иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ варианта оÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² зданиÑÑ… аналогичного типа.
Theme of final qualification work: "High-rise hotel with energy-efficient facade glazing." The aim of this work is to develop a design for a high-rise hotel building in accordance with the technical design assignment, as well as to select the optimal design of facade glazing to ensure energy efficiency and durability of the building. To achieve this goal in the course of work, the following tasks were set and solved: 1. analysis of the properties and characteristics of modern facade glazing 2. the choice of facade glazing based on the climatic conditions of construction, structural, space-planning and architectural solutions of the building. In the course of the work, the following results were obtained: taking into account all the requirements of current regulatory documents in the field of construction, design documentation for the construction of a high-rise hotel building was developed. To select energy-efficient facade glazing, modern types of translucent facade structures, as well as ways to increase the energy efficiency of glazing, have been studied. The calculation of the reduced heat transfer resistance, the calculation of transmission heat loss and the cost of front glazing are carried out. Based on the calculations and comparison of economic efficiency, the choice was made of the design of the front glazing that is optimal for this project - rack-mount crossbar glazing (modular) with a singlechamber double-glazed window using I-glass and filling the inter-glass space with argon. The obtained results allow us to give recommendations on the advisability of using this option of glazing in buildings of a similar type.
