Abstract

This graduate qualification work represents the project of energy efficient and environmentally friendly residential complex. It consists of two residential buildings that include built-in premises on the ground floor and two underground parking for each building. Design documentation for the object was developed in accordance with the RF Government Decree N 87 of February 16, 2008 «On the structure of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content». Research part of this work is devoted to the analysis of energy-efficient solutions, their cost and application expediency estimation. Objectives that were solved in the study: 1. Applied energy efficient and eco-friendly design solutions’ cost estimation. 2. Project certification in accordance with the «GREEN ZOOM» standard. 3. Applied design solutions’ economic feasibility substantiation. Based on cost analysis of applied solutions that improve project’s energy efficient and eco-friendly performance the price rise per square meter of housing was determined. Design choices’ assessment and object certification in accordance with the GREEN ZOOM standard were implemented.
