Abstract

Theme of the final qualification work: "Asynchronous motor with a capacity of 30 kW." This work is devoted to the study of the results of a comparative calculation of a 4A200L6U3 series squirrel-cage induction motor with a phase voltage decrease from 220 to 200 V. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of the calculation results of the squirrel-cage induction motor. 2. Comparison of the main operating and starting characteristics of the electric motor when changing the phase voltage values. 3. Comparison of the results of thermal calculation when the phase voltage value changes. 4. Development of recommendations to prevent the negative consequences of the operation of an asynchronous squirrel-cage rotor motor in the mode of low phase voltage. As a result, the calculation was made according to the method described in the "Design of electrical machines" I.P. Kopylov. A comparison of the results obtained. Recommendations on the operation of an asynchronous squirrel-cage rotor 4A200L6U3 series with a phase voltage of 200V are developed.
