Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке судового автотракторного двигателя мощностью 450 кВт. Задачи, которые решались в процессе исследования: 1. Расчет и оптимизация рабочего процесса двигателя 2. Динамический расчет двигателя. 3. Анализ уравновешенности двигателя. 4. Прочностной расчет коленчатого вала и шатуна двигателя. 5. Расчет системы наддува. 6. Расчет систем пуска, смазки и охлаждения. 7. Разработка чертежей компоновки двигателя. В работе разработан автотракторный дизель мощностью 450 кВт. Произведен расчет рабочего процесса двигателя по методу Гриневецкого- Мазинга, силы и моменты, возникающие в элементах двигателя, а также произведен анализ уравновешенности и выполнены расчеты прочности коленчатого вала, шатуна и поршневого пальца двигателя. Выполнен расчет основных элементов систем смазывания, охлаждения и пуска. Разработаны продольный и поперечный разрезы двигателя, схемы смазки, охлаждения и топливоподачи.

This work is devoted to the development of a transport diesel engine with a power of 450 kW. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Calculation and optimization of the engine work process. 2. Dynamic calculation of the engine. 3. Analysis of the engine balance. 4. Strength analysis of the crankshaft and engine connecting rod. 5. Calculation of the turbocharger system. 6. Calculation of the start, lubrication, and cooling systems. 7. Development of engine layout schemes. In the research the tractor diesel with a power of 450 kW was developed. The calculation of the working process of the engine by the method of Grinevetsky-Mazing, the forces and moments arising in the elements of the engine, as well as the analysis of balance and strength calculations of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin of the engine. The calculation of the main elements of the lubrication, cooling and start- up systems is performed. The longitudinal and transverse sections of the engine, lubrication, cooling and fuel supply schemes are developed
