ПрочноÑтной раÑчет коленчатого вала и шатуна двигателÑ. 5. РаÑчет ÑиÑтемы наддува. 6. РаÑчет ÑиÑтем пуÑка, Ñмазки и охлаждениÑ. 7. Разработка чертежей компоновки двигателÑ. Ð’ работе разработан автотракторный дизель мощноÑтью 450 кВт. Произведен раÑчет рабочего процеÑÑа Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ методу Гриневецкого- Мазинга, Ñилы и моменты, возникающие в Ñлементах двигателÑ, а также произведен анализ уравновешенноÑти и выполнены раÑчеты прочноÑти коленчатого вала, шатуна и поршневого пальца двигателÑ. Выполнен раÑчет оÑновных Ñлементов ÑиÑтем ÑмазываниÑ, Ð¾Ñ…Ð»Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ пуÑка. Разработаны продольный и поперечный разрезы двигателÑ, Ñхемы Ñмазки, Ð¾Ñ…Ð»Ð°Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ топливоподачи.
This work is devoted to the development of a transport diesel engine with a power of 450 kW. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Calculation and optimization of the engine work process. 2. Dynamic calculation of the engine. 3. Analysis of the engine balance. 4. Strength analysis of the crankshaft and engine connecting rod. 5. Calculation of the turbocharger system. 6. Calculation of the start, lubrication, and cooling systems. 7. Development of engine layout schemes. In the research the tractor diesel with a power of 450 kW was developed. The calculation of the working process of the engine by the method of Grinevetsky-Mazing, the forces and moments arising in the elements of the engine, as well as the analysis of balance and strength calculations of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin of the engine. The calculation of the main elements of the lubrication, cooling and start- up systems is performed.
