
Ð’ данной работе выделены оÑновные конкурентные преимущеÑтва и рекомендации Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐºÑ€ÐµÐ¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ «Политех Strascheg», Ñформирован уникальный алгоритм работы Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ Ð´Ð»Ñ Â«ÐŸÐ¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ… Strascheg» и предложены рекомендации по его внедрению, проведено теÑтирование алгоритма на примере реальной инновационной разработки.
In this paper the main competitive advantages and recommendations for positions strengthening of the considered organization are marked out, the unique algorithm of working with projects for "Polytech Strascheg" is created and recommendations about its introduction are offered, testing of an algorithm on the example of development a real innovative product is held.
