Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Силовой масляный трансформатор ТДН 10000/35» В данной работе рассчитан и спроектирован силовой масляный трансформатор мощностью 10000 кВА, класса напряжения 35 кВ, с естественной циркуляцией масла и дутьем, с регулированием напряжения под нагрузкой, с целью освоения методики проектирования трансформатора. Задачи, которые решались в ходе проектирования: 1. Расчет обмоток трансформатора из алюминия и меди; 2. Последующий расчет потерь и кпд, а так же тепловой, механический и экономический расчет для обоих типов трансформаторов; 3. Сравнение полученных данных, и анализ результатов. В ходе работы производились расчеты, показывающие наглядно, как меняются масса-габаритные и технико-экономические показатели трансформатора в зависимости от выбора типа материала обмоточного провода. Для наглядности были сделаны чертежи иллюстрирующие, как общий вид трансформатора в двух проекциях со спецификацией, так и отдельных узлов трансформатора, таких как, главная и продольная изоляция, поперечный разрез бака и другие.

The study considers calculate and project of oil power transformer with power 10000 kVА and voltage class 35 kV, with natural oil circulation and blowing, with voltage regulation under load, in purpose of studying research technique of powertransformer. Tasks that were solved during the design: 1. Calculation of transformer windings made of aluminum and copper; 2. Subsequent calculation of losses and efficiency, as well as thermal, mechanical and economic calculation for both types of transformers; 3. Comparison of the data obtained, and analysis of the results. In the course of the work, calculations were made showing clearly how the mass-overall and technical and economic indicators of the transformer change depending on the choice of the type of material of the winding wire. For clarity, drawings were made illustrating both the general view of the transformer in two projections with a specification and individual transformer assemblies, such as main and longitudinal insulation, transverse section of the tank, and others.
