Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Организация продвижения сервиса B2C в цифровой среде». Целью работы явилось исследование современного рынка студий татуировки, анализ конкурентной среды и формулирование качественной стратегии создания и продвижения B2C сервиса. Задачи работы: - провести анализ рынка тату-студий и выделить потенциальных конкурентов; - провести анализ конкурентов по разработанным критериям; - на основе данных анализа разработать стратегию интернет-маркетинга и создать веб-сайт компании; - оценить результативность проделанной работы. Работа выполнена на базе студии RustyNailTattoo. Методы: классификация, сравнительный анализ, экспертное оценивание, сбор и обработка данных, инфографика, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: - проведен анализ рынка косметических услуг; - выявлены сильнейшие конкуренты рассматриваемой студии; - разработана маркетинговая стратегия продвижения; - создан веб-сайт рассматриваемой студии. Практическая значимость работы определяется увеличением потока клиентов и увеличением заинтересованности пользователей в услугах рассматриваемой студии.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: “B2C service promotion organization in digital environment”. The purpose of the work – research of the modern market of tattoo studios, analysis of the competitive environment and the formulation of a quality strategy for creating and promoting a B2C service. Tasks of work: - analyze the market of tattoo studios and identify potential competitors; - conduct an analysis of competitors according to developed criteria; - based on the analysis data, develop an Internet marketing strategy and create a company website; - evaluate the effectiveness of the work done. Work is performed on the basis of RustyNailTattoo studio. Methods used: classification, comparative analysis, expert assessment, data collection and processing, infographics, methods for assessing the effectiveness of projects. Work results: - an analysis of the market for cosmetic services; - the strongest competitors of the studio in question were identified; - developed a marketing promotion strategy; The website of the studio in question was created. The practical significance of the work is determined by an increase in the flow of customers and an increase in user interest in the services of the studio in question.
