Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка архитектуры решения по интеграции заводского и цехового уровня металлургического предприятия на основе c-MES модели». Цель работы: Внедрение MES системы и построение интеграционной архитектуры АСУП. Задачи работы: 1. провести анализ деятельности предприятия; 2. провести анализ существующего комплекса ИТ-решений компании; 3. определить ключевые проблемы производственного процесса предприятия, решаемые при помощи внедрения информационных технологий; 4. сформировать бизнес, функциональные и системные требования к системе; 5. провести анализ рынка MES систем и выбрать решение, удовлетворяющее требованием; 6. разработать интеграционную архитектуру предприятия на основе внедряемой MES системы и имеющихся на предприятии информационных систем; Работы выполнена на базе АО «Уральская сталь» входящий в АО «Холдинговая компания «Металлоинвест». Методы: сравнительный анализ, архитектурное моделирование, экспертное оценивание, синтез, сбор и обработка данных. Основные результаты работы: Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации производства: внедрение системы оперативного управления производством построение архитектуры автоматизированной системы управления предприятия, согласно предложенным рекомендациям, обеспечит повышения конкурентоспособности производственного предприятия и поможет устранить разрыв между производственными и административными уровнями управления.

The theme of graduation thesis: "Development of the solution architecture for integration of the factory and shop level of a metallurgical enterprise based on c-MES model." Objective: Implementation of MES system and build the integration architecture ASUP. Tasks: 1. conduct an analysis of the company's activities; 2. analyze the existing set of it solutions of the company; 3. identify the key problems of the enterprise's production process that can be solved by implementing information technologies; 4. create business, functional and system requirements for the system; 5. analyze the market for MES systems and choose a solution that meets the requirements; 6. develop an enterprise integration architecture based on the MES system being implemented and the information systems available at the enterprise; The work was carried out based on JSC Ural steel, part of JSC metalloinvest holding company. Methods: comparative analysis, architectural modeling, expert evaluation, synthesis, data collection and processing. The main results: Practical significance of the work resulting from automation: implementation of operational production management architecture design of the automated system of enterprise management under the proposed recommendations will ensure the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and will help to bridge the gap between production and administrative management levels.
