Abstract

Объектом исследования в магистерской диссертации является мировой фондовый рынок; предметом–современное состояние социально ответственного инвестирования (СОИ) на фондовом рынке КНР, как фактора, определяющего устойчивое развитие общества. Рассмотрены мотивы принципы, виды и методы СОИ, критерии, положенные в основу принятия инвестиционных решений. Дан подробный анализ различным стратегиям социально ответственного инвестирования. Особое внимание уделяется вопросу экономической эффективности (доходности) СОИ. Представлен подробный анализ практики развития социально ответственных инвестиций в различных регионах мира, рассматривается практика и тенденции развития СОИ в отдельных регионах Китая, где в этой области имеются достижения. Описываются фондовые индексы социальной ответственности, используемые на биржах Шэньчжэня и Шанхая. Автор предлагает также свое видение тенденций в развитии СОИ в Китае.

The object of study in the master's thesis is the global stock market; subject - the current state of socially responsible investment (SRI) in the stock market of China, as a factor determining the sustainable development of society. The motives of the principles, types and methods of SRI, the criteria underlying the adoption of investment decisions are considered. A detailed analysis of various strategies for socially responsible investment is given. Particular attention is paid to the issue of economic efficiency (profitability) of SDI. A detailed analysis of the practice of developing socially responsible investments in various regions of the world is presented, the practice and development trends of SRI in certain regions of China, where there are achievements in this area, are examined. It describes stock indices of social responsibility used on the exchanges of Shenzhen and Shanghai. The author also offers his vision of trends in the development of SRI in China.
