Abstract

В данной работе приводятся результаты газодинамического расчета осевой турбины, проводится расчет осецентробежного компрессора, рассматривается конструкция газотурбинной установки, излагается технология изготовления рабочих лопаток последней ступени газовой турбин, проводится прочностной расчет лопатки, хвостовика, диска и ротора, также в работе в качестве специальной части проводится газодинамическая оптимизация проточной части газотурбинной установки. Для построения использовались такие программы, как SolidWorks и Компас-3D, для проведения расчетов – Mathcad, Ansys Workbench, OPTI. Далее, по результатам проектировочных расчетов, была получена геометрия проточной части, построены твердотельные модели лопатки последней ступени турбины, диска и ротора, а также после проведения прочностных расчетов лопатка и ротор были проверены на вибронадежность.

This paper presents the results of a gas-dynamic calculation of an axial turbine, calculates a centrifugal compressor, considers the design of a gas-turbine installation, describes the manufacturing technology of the working blades of the last stage of a gas turbine, conducts a strength calculation of the blade, shank, disk and rotor, and also performs a gas-dynamic part as a special part optimization of the flow part of a gas turbine installation. For the construction, such programs as SolidWorks and Compass-3D were used, for the calculations - Mathcad, Ansys Workbench, OPTI. Further, according to the results of design calculations, the geometry of the flow part was obtained, solid-state models of the blades of the last stage of the turbine, disk and rotor were built, and also, after carrying out strength calculations, the blade and rotor were checked for vibration reliability.
