
Работа поÑвÑщена выбору параметров работы уÑтройÑтв компенÑации реактивной мощноÑти (УКРМ), иÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· показателей качеÑтва ÑлектричеÑкой Ñнергии (ПКÐ), чтобы обеÑпечить дозу фликера, не превышающую нормируемые величины. Под выбором параметров Ñтих уÑтановок подразумеваетÑÑ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ макÑимальной величины реактивной мощноÑти, которую требуетÑÑ ÑкомпенÑировать, а также ÑкороÑти, Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð¹ должно оÑущеÑтвлÑтьÑÑ Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ðµ реактивной мощноÑти. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. РаÑÑмотрены методы раÑчета дозы фликера. 2. Произведена оценка кратковременной дозы фликера Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑматриваемого объекта аналитичеÑким методом и на оÑнове ÑоÑтавленной модели в программном комплекÑе Matlab. 3. Выполнен анализ ПКРбыÑтрые ÐºÐ¾Ð»ÐµÐ±Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€ÑжениÑ. 4. Разобраны причины, приводÑщие к превышению раÑÑматриваемого ПКÐ. 5. Определены параметры, отвечающие нормальной работе УКРМ, в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑматриваемым ПКÐ. Объект иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² работе – ПС-352 35/6 кВ, Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ горно-обогатительного комбината ÐО «Ðпатит». Был произведен анализ Ñхемы ÑлектроÑÐ½Ð°Ð±Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°. Получены оÑциллограммы режимов работы потребителÑ, Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¸Ð±Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÑˆÐµÐ¹ вероÑтноÑтью приводÑщего к нарушению дозы фликера. Ð’ результате была разработана методика выбора параметров работы УКРМ Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð·Ñ‹ фликера уÑтановленным нормативным требованиÑм.
This work is devoted for choosing the parameters of reactive power compensation units (RPCU) based on the electric power quality indicators (EPQI) with the goal to provide a flicker dose that does not exceed the normalized values. By the parameter selection for these units assumes the selection of the max-imum amount of reactive power to be compensated and the velocity required for reactive power regulation. The research set the following goals: 1. The calculation methods of flicker effect are considered. 2. The short time flicker effect estimation for the considered object was provided by analytical method and using the model in the Matlab software package. 3. The analysis of the EPQI such as rapid voltage fluctuation was made. 4. The reasons leading to the excess of the considered EPQI were provided. 5. The parameters conforming to the normal operation of the RPCU were determined according to the considered EPQI. The object of research in this work is SS-352 35/6 kV, supplying the consumers of mining and processing Apatit JSC plant. The analysis of the power supply object was made. Oscillograms of consumer operating modes causing with the highest probability to the flicker effect disruption were obtained. The methodology of choosing the RPCU operation parameters from the provision point of view flicker effect with the established regulatory requirements was developed.
