
Работа поÑвÑщена иÑпользованию протокола Modbus TCPIP Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑвÑзи Ñервера данных Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ логичеÑкими контроллерами (ПЛК) и разработке ÑиÑтемы Ñбора данных Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ñпределенных объектов – тепловых пунктов. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Подключение к программируемому логичеÑкому контроллеру и доÑтуп к данным, иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÑ Ð»Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÑƒÑŽ Ñеть Ethernet. 2. Моделирование работы программируемого логичеÑкого контроллера на наÑтольном перÑональном компьютере. 3. Разработка ÑиÑтемы Ñбора данных на Ñзыке Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Python. 4. ÐаÑтройка безопаÑного Ð¿Ð¾Ð´ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ðº программируемому логичеÑкому контроллеру через Интернет. Ð’ результате была предложена Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑтемы Ñбора данных Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼Ñ‹ÑˆÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… контроллеров через Ñеть Интернет, иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð±ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñное Ñоединение. Работа ÑиÑтемы проверена на примере ÑвÑзи Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¸Ð¼ удаленным контроллером в режиме ÑимулÑции.
The work considers Modbus TCPIP protocol for communication a data server with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). A data acquisition system for collecting data from remote nodes (power thermal points) has been developed. The research sets the following goals: 1. Connection to programmable logic controller and data access using Ethernet local network. 2. Simulation of a Modicon programmable logic controller on a desktop computer. 3. Development of a data collection system using the Python programming language. 4. Setting up a secure connection to the programmable logic controller via the Internet. As a result, the system for collecting data from industrial controllers via the Internet and Modbus TCPIP protocol using a secure connection has been proposed and developed. Its functioning has been tested by data exchange with a single remote controller working in the simulation mode.
