Abstract

Nowadays, the theme of the digital transformation for classic en-terprises in The Russian Federation is relevant and set at the national task level - this was announced by the President of The Russian Federation in his message to the Federal Assembly of The Russian Federation on May 01, 2018. In this work, approaches to design a digital architecture of an enterprise in a growing e-commerce market are explored, the industry is described, requirements for digital architecture are formed, and an example of their practical application is given. The first section studies the selected sectors of trade and the degree of digitalization of the industry in the world and in the Russian Federation, in particular. The conclusion is about a growing market has been formed, indications are given of the main drivers and ways for further development. In the second part of the work, a review of existing tools for de-signing a digital architecture of an enterprise (methodologies, notations, frameworks and tools) is conducted and basic requirements are formed. In the third part of the work, the main business processes of the trading enterprise are highlighted, an overview of the main tools that auto-mate them is given. The concept of the transition of a trade enterprise to a third generation ERP is proposed. A set of business processes is selected for an abstract trading company and should be adapted to a specific company in case of solving applied problems. The proposed concept of the transition of the enterprise from an analogue classical enterprise to the third-generation ERP concept can be applied in the business and technological strategy of the enterprise, the tasks of which are digital transformation.
