Ð’ данной работе изложена методика ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ уÑтановки мощноÑтью 16 МВт на оÑнове уже ÑущеÑтвующего прототипа ПС-90ГП-2. Проведен раÑчет тепловой Ñхемы, приближенный раÑчет компреÑÑора, раÑчет камеры ÑгораниÑ, газодинамичеÑкий раÑчет турбины компреÑÑора (ТК) и Ñвободной Ñиловой турбины (СТ), раÑчет закрутки потока в поÑледней Ñтупени СТ, раÑчет на прочноÑть Ñлементов конÑтрукции. ОпиÑаны оÑновные принципы конвертации авиационных газотурбинных двигателей (ГТД) в газотурбинные уÑтановки (ГТУ).
In this paper, the methods for creating a 16 MW gas turbine plant based on the existing prototype PS-90GP-2 are presented. Calculation of the thermal scheme, approximate calculation of the compressor, calculation of the combustion chamber, gas-dynamic calculation of the compressor turbine (CT) and free force turbine (FT), calculation of the twist of the flow in the last stage of the FT, calculation for the strength of the structural elements. The main trailers for converting aviation gas turbine engines (GTE) to gas turbine units (GTU) are described.
