Abstract

В данной работе изложена методика создания газотурбинной установки мощностью 16 МВт на основе уже существующего прототипа ПС-90ГП-2. Проведен расчет тепловой схемы, приближенный расчет компрессора, расчет камеры сгорания, газодинамический расчет турбины компрессора (ТК) и свободной силовой турбины (СТ), расчет закрутки потока в последней ступени СТ, расчет на прочность элементов конструкции. Описаны основные принципы конвертации авиационных газотурбинных двигателей (ГТД) в газотурбинные установки (ГТУ).

In this paper, the methods for creating a 16 MW gas turbine plant based on the existing prototype PS-90GP-2 are presented. Calculation of the thermal scheme, approximate calculation of the compressor, calculation of the combustion chamber, gas-dynamic calculation of the compressor turbine (CT) and free force turbine (FT), calculation of the twist of the flow in the last stage of the FT, calculation for the strength of the structural elements. The main trailers for converting aviation gas turbine engines (GTE) to gas turbine units (GTU) are described.
