Abstract

В данной работе изложена методика создания газотурбинной установки (ГТУ) мощностью 16 МВт . Проведен сравнительный анализ ГТУ большой мощности. Дано общее описание установки-прототипа и некоторые конструктивные особенности. Приведен расчёт тепловой схемы, приближенный расчет компрессора, газодинамический расчет проточной части турбины компрессора (ТК) и силовой турбины (СТ), расчет закрутки потока в последней ступени СТ, расчет на прочность элементов СТ.

In this paper, the methods for creating a 16 MW gas turbine. A comparison between heavy-duty gas turbines is carried out. A general description of the plant, taken as a prototype, and some design features are given. Calculation of the thermal scheme, approximate calculation of the compressor, gas-dynamic calculation of the flow section of the compressor turbine (CT) and the power turbine (PT), calculation of the twist of the flow in the last stage of the power turbine , calculation for the strength of the PT elements are done.
