
Ð’ данной работе изложена методика ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ уÑтановки (ГТУ) мощноÑтью 16 МВт . Проведен Ñравнительный анализ ГТУ большой мощноÑти. Дано общее опиÑание уÑтановки-прототипа и некоторые конÑтруктивные оÑобенноÑти. Приведен раÑчёт тепловой Ñхемы, приближенный раÑчет компреÑÑора, газодинамичеÑкий раÑчет проточной чаÑти турбины компреÑÑора (ТК) и Ñиловой турбины (СТ), раÑчет закрутки потока в поÑледней Ñтупени СТ, раÑчет на прочноÑть Ñлементов СТ.
In this paper, the methods for creating a 16 MW gas turbine. A comparison between heavy-duty gas turbines is carried out. A general description of the plant, taken as a prototype, and some design features are given. Calculation of the thermal scheme, approximate calculation of the compressor, gas-dynamic calculation of the flow section of the compressor turbine (CT) and the power turbine (PT), calculation of the twist of the flow in the last stage of the power turbine , calculation for the strength of the PT elements are done.
