
Ð’ работе предÑтавлены результаты иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ дизельного Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð½Ð° двух видах топлива: дизельное топливо ДТ-Ð-К5 и нефть. Работа включает в ÑÐµÐ±Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð·Ð¾Ñ€Ð½ÑƒÑŽ чаÑть, раÑчет Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð² программе process2000, раÑчет топливоподачи двигателÑ, раÑчет прочноÑти, раÑчет на прочноÑть оÑновных деталей Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ выводы о работоÑпоÑобноÑти данного двигателÑ. По результатам рабочего процеÑÑа была проведена Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑа Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½ÑŒÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€ÑженноÑти деталей двигателÑ. Ð’ окончании работы на оÑновании результатов иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» Ñделан вывод о работоÑпоÑобноÑти конÑтрукции Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸ ÑффективноÑти его работы.
The project presents the results of research showing how diesel engine works on two types of fuel: diesel fuel DT-A-K5 and oil. The project includes an overview, engine calculation in process2000 program, calculation of fuel supply, strength calculation, strength analysis of the main engine parts and conclusions on the performance of this engine. According to the results of the workflow, the process was optimized in order to reduce the thermal stress of engine parts. At the end of the work, on the basis of the results of the study, it was concluded that the design of the engine and the efficiency of its operation were efficient.
