Целью выпускной квалификационной работы магистра является анализ влияния кластерного подхода на региональное развитие на примере туристического кластера в регионе Мугла (Турция). Исследованы теории кластеризации, проведен сравнительный анализ кластерных политик и их применения в развитых и развивающихся странах, а также в Турции. Выявлены тенденции развития инновационной системы Турции и инновационного развития ее регионов. Сформулированы возможности использования кластерного подхода в качестве инструмента инновационного регионального развития в Турции. Проанализировано развитие туризма в Турции и регионе Мугла, даны рекомендации по развитию туристического кластера в Мугле, выявлен вклад кластера в инновационное развитие экономики региона и его эффект ан социально-экономическое развитие.

The purpose of the master's graduation qualification work is to analyze the influence of the cluster approach on regional development on the example of the tourism cluster in the Mugla region (Turkey). Theories of clusterization were investigated, a comparative analysis of cluster policies and their application in developed and developing countries, as well as in Turkey were carried out. Identified trends in the development of the innovation system of Turkey and the innovative development of its regions. The possibilities of using the cluster approach as a tool for innovative regional development in Turkey are formulated. Analyzed the development of tourism in Turkey and the region of Mugla, made recommendations on the development of the tourism cluster in Mugla, identified the contribution of the cluster to the innovative development of the regional economy and its effect on socio-economic development.
