Abstract

Разработана двухпоточная гидрообъемномеханическая трансмиссия для колесного трактора четвертого тягового класса. Расчетная мощность двигателя - 176 кВт. Трансмиссия включает в себя дифференциальный механизм, представляющий собой простой планетарный ряд; гидрообъемную передачу, состоящую из одного насоса и двух гидромоторов; редуктор, обеспечивающий три передачи вперед и две назад; ведущие мосты, взятые от прототипа. Трансмиссия имеет автоматическое управление. Выполнен подбор гидроагрегатов для трансмиссии, произведены кинематический и силовой расчеты, расчет потоков мощности в трансмиссии. Выполнен тяговый расчет трактора, определена тяговая характеристика на стерне колосовых.

Two-engine hydromechanical transmission was engineered to fourth drawbar category wheel-type tractor. Calculated power of engine is 176 kW. Transmission includes differential planetary gear set, hydrostatic drive consisting of one pump and two hydraulic motors, reducing gear box which enables three forward gears and two reverse gears, drive axles from prototype. Transmission has automatic control. Selection of hydraulic units was made. Kinematic and power analyses and power path calculation were executed. Traction calculation of tractor was made. Traction characteristic for stubble field was defined.
