Abstract

В работе выполняется проектирование электрической части электростанции полигона твердых бытовых отходов, использующей в качестве топлива свалочный газ. Рассмотрены вопросы целесообразности использования станций, работающих на биогазе, через призму принятых редакции к ФЗ № 35 от 26.03.2003 "Об электроэнергетике" [8] и Постановлению Правительства РФ от 29.12.2011 № 1178 "О ценообразовании в области регулируемых цен (тарифов) в электроэнергетике" [9]. В работе рассмотрены следующие вопросы: 1. технологический процесс производства электроэнергии; 2. выбор оборудования электростанции станции: выбор основного силового оборудования, выбор главной схемы электрических соединений; 3. расчет токов короткого замыкания; 4. выбор коммутационных аппаратов и силовых кабелей; 5. автоматический ввод резерва; 6. синхронизация с сетью; 7. осуществление контроля качества электроэнергии и коммерческого учета; 8. оценка эффективности капиталовложений.

The design of the electric part of the power plant of the solid waste landfill, which uses landfill gas as fuel, is carried out in the work. The questions of whether the use of stations operating on biogas, through the prism of the adopted edition of the Federal law â„– 35 of 26.03.2003 "On electric power industry" [8] and the RF government Decree of 29.12.2011 â„– 1178 "On pricing in sphere of controlled prices (tariffs) in electric power industry" [9]. The paper deals with the following issues: 1. technological process of electricity production; 2. selection of power plant equipment: selection of main power equipment, selection of the main circuit of electrical connections; 3. calculation of short-circuit currents; 4. selection of switching devices and power cables; 5. automatic reserve entry; 6. network synchronization; 7. implementation of power quality control and commercial accounting; 8. assessment of efficiency of investments.
