
Ð’ ходе данной работы, была проведена оценка ÑущеÑтвующих уÑтройÑтв, оÑнованных на ÑверхкороткоимпульÑных (СКИ) генераторах. Выбран СКИ генератор, разработанный в выÑшей школе прикладной физики и коÑмичеÑких технологий. ПринÑто решение в иÑпользовании неÑкольких СКИ генераторов Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰Ð½Ð¾Ñти передачи и Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸Ð°Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ‹ направленноÑти. РаÑÑчитаны временные задержки, возникающие при перемещении Ñигнала по Ñхеме. Разработана Ñхема и Ð¿ÐµÑ‡Ð°Ñ‚Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‡Ð¸ÐºÐ° и приёмника. Получена оÑциллограмма Ñигнала Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð°ÑŽÑ‰ÐµÐ¹ чаÑти и проведена оценка его параметров. Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¡Ð¨ÐŸ передатчика. Цель работы ÑоÑтоит в повышении ÑнергетичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти СШП передатчика на оÑнове разработки и Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¡ÐšÐ˜ генераторов. Ð’ результате иÑÑледований Ñформировано ÑхемотехничеÑкое решение Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ СШП передатчика и приёмника.
In the course of this work, an assessment was made of existing devices based on ultrashort pulse (SRS) generators. An SRI generator developed at the Higher School of Applied Physics and Space Technology was selected. The decision was made to use several SRS generators to increase the transmit power and form the radiation pattern. The time delays that occur when the signal moves according to the scheme are calculated. Designed circuit and printed transmitter and receiver. An oscillogram of the signal from the transmitting part is obtained and its parameters are evaluated. The object of study is the implementation of the UWB transmitter. The purpose of the work is to increase the energy efficiency of the UWB transmitter based on the development and implementation of SRS generators. As a result of research, a circuitry solution for the implementation of the UWB transmitter and receiver was formed.
