Abstract

In the modern world, one of the key factors in choosing a housing project is the economic attractiveness of the project. Nevertheless, the problem of safety of the artificial environment does not lose its significance. The relevance of this issue is constantly growing because a person spends most of his life in the house. The quality of living conditions has a direct impact on health, performance and lifetime. To improve the quality of the external and internal environment it is necessary that the building meets the criteria of biopositivity. First of all, objects should organically fit into the environment. During the operation of the building must use natural resources wisely and maintain optimal parameters of the microclimate. The combination of these criteria ensures a high quality of life, which is the basic need of a modern person. In this paper, the feasibility of erecting a biopositive individual residential house in the Leningrad Region is proved. On the basis of the existing model project of a low-rise house, its biopositive counterpart was created. During the design, the goals were set to minimize the construction costs of the building and comply with the criteria of biopositivity. This allows us to offer an economically attractive low-rise construction project with a comfortable living environment and environmental sustainability.
