Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÐžÐžÐž Â«Ð¡Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Â«ÐТС», ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð³Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ компанией группы «ÐТС». Целью магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¸Ñк ÑпоÑобов Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñтроительной отраÑли. Были иÑÑледованы теоретичеÑкие оÑновы конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑтий, теории ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ преимущеÑтвами предприÑтий на оÑнове их ÑкÑклюзивных ценноÑтей, методы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑтиÑ, проведено Ñравнение конкурентных Ñтратегий Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ и повышение ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐµÐµ конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти. Ð’ практичеÑкой чаÑти иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð° охарактеризована деÑтельноÑть Ñтроительной компании ООО СК «ÐТС»; на оÑнове про-веденного ÑкономичеÑкого анализа была Ñформирована ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑти ООО СК «ÐТС»; была проанализирована финанÑово-хозÑйÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð´ÐµÑтельноÑть ООО СК «ÐТС» поÑле реализации Ñтратегии Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑти.
The object of the study is OOO «Building company «ETS», which is the parent company of the group «ETS». The purpose of the master's thesis is to find ways to improve the competitiveness of the construction industry. Theoretical bases of competitiveness of the enterprises, the theory of management of competitive advantages of the enterprises on the basis of their exclusive values, methods of management of factors of competitiveness of the enterprise were investigated, comparison of competitive strategies of development of the company and increase of level of its competitiveness is carried out. In the practical part of the study was characterized by the activities of the construction company OOO « Building company «ETS»; on the basis of the economic analysis was formed strategy to improve the competitiveness of OOO « Building company «ETS»; was analyzed financial and economic activities of OOO «Building company «ETS» after the implementation of the strategy to improve competitiveness.
