Abstract

Разработана Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ трансмиссия для гусеничной машины основной весовой категории. Расчетная мощность двигателя - 831 кВт. Трансмиссия включает в себя комплексный гидротрансформатор, планетарную коробку передач, обеспечивающую три передачи вперед и одну назад, гитару и бортовые редукторы. Трансмиссия имеет гидравлическое управление. Выполнен синтез ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ коробки передач с двумя степенями свободы, произведен ее кинематический расчет. Выполнен тяговый расчет гусеничной машины, определены тяговая и разгонная Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸. Основные детали трансмиссии - зубчатые передачи, валы, подшипники, фрикционные элементы управления рассчитаны на прочность и долговечность.

Hydromechanical transmission for the main tracked vehicle weight category. The estimated capacity of the engine - 831 kW. The transmission includes an integrated torque converter, planetary gearbox providing three forward and one back, guitar and final drives. The transmission has a hydraulic steering. Made synthesis circuit transmissions with two degrees of freedom, made its kinematic calculation. Made the traction calculation tracked vehicle, identified traction and acceleration characteristics. Main transmission parts - gears, shafts, bearings, friction controls calculated on strength and durability.
