Объектом исследования является Акционерное Общество «Санкт-Петербургские Электрические Сети". Ð’ магистерской диссертации была рассмотрена энергетическая стратегия России до 2030 года, цели и задачи, а также результаты выполнения. Был получен ответ на вопрос «Что такое проект?» и была показана структура проекта. Была проанализирована внешняя и внутренняя среда организации и про анализирован энергетический рынок методом SWOT анализа, Маккинси и Моделью Портера. Целью работы была разработка и просчет Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ для Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² создания внешней ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ электроснабжения АО «СПб ЭС» для объекта ООО «ЖК â„–1».
