
Целью магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° рекомендаций по ÑовершенÑтвованию методики оценки ÑффективноÑти образовательного ÑƒÑ‡Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ (на примере Санкт-ПетербургÑкого Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого универÑитета Петра Великого). Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñтавленной цели раÑÑмотрены методы оценки ÑффективноÑти деÑтельноÑти образовательного учреждениÑ, проведен анализ методов, иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð² РФ, а также проанализирован опыт Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñтран. Определены проблемы и Ñформулированы рекомендации по Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ, а именно Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию методов оценки деÑтельноÑти организации. Предполагаемые результаты от реализации Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹: улучшенный метод оценки ÑффективноÑти деÑтельноÑти Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑ‡Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹.
The aim of the master's thesis is to develop recommendations for improving the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of an educational institution (the example, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University). To achieve this goal discussed methods for assessing the effectiveness of the educational institution, the analysis methods used in the Russian Federation, as well as analyzed the experience of foreign countries. Identified problems and made recommendations to address them, namely proposals for improving the methods of assessment of the organization. Expected results from the implementation of the proposed innovations: an improved method of assessing the performance of educational institutions.
