Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию методики оценки эффективности образовательного учреждения (на примере Санкт-Петербургского Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ университета Петра Великого). Для достижения поставленной цели рассмотрены методы оценки эффективности деятельности образовательного учреждения, проведен анализ методов, Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð² РФ, а также проанализирован опыт Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½. Определены проблемы и сформулированы рекомендации по Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑŽ, а именно предложения по совершенствованию методов оценки деятельности организации. Предполагаемые результаты от реализации Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹: улучшенный метод оценки эффективности деятельности Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑ‡Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹.

The aim of the master's thesis is to develop recommendations for improving the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of an educational institution (the example, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University). To achieve this goal discussed methods for assessing the effectiveness of the educational institution, the analysis methods used in the Russian Federation, as well as analyzed the experience of foreign countries. Identified problems and made recommendations to address them, namely proposals for improving the methods of assessment of the organization. Expected results from the implementation of the proposed innovations: an improved method of assessing the performance of educational institutions.
