Ð’ диÑÑертации проанализировано Ñовременное ÑоÑтоÑние иÑпользование Ñолнечной Ñнергии в мире, раÑÑмотрены Ñовременные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ ÑÐ¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñлементов, крупнейшие Ñолнечные фотоÑлектричеÑкие Ñтанции и нормативно-Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð±Ð°Ð·Ð° Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð’Ð˜Ð Ð² РоÑÑии. Приведена методика раÑчета Ð²Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑурÑов Ñолнечной Ñнергии Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием программного комплекÑа PVSYST и на ее оÑнове проведен раÑчет валового, удельного валового и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкого потенциала Ñолнечной Ñнергии ОренбургÑкой облаÑти. Также в работе проведена Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-ÑкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° работы клаÑтеров Ñолнечной ÑлектроÑтанции Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием программы PVSOL Еxpert и выбран вариант ÑоÑтава оборудованиÑ, удовлетворÑющий вÑем требованиÑм ПоÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ â„–449 Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ€Ð° о предоÑтавлении мощноÑти. Предложены конÑтруктивные Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑтановки и Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ в Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»Ð°Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ† учаÑтка проектируемой Ñтанции. Произведена оценка ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти проекта, финанÑируемого полноÑтью за Ñчет ÑобÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑредÑтв.
In this master`s thesis we have analyzed the current using of solar energy in the world, we have considered the modern technologies of solar elements, the largest solar photo-electric stations. Also we have looked through the RES implementation regulatory framework in Russian Federation. Using the technique of PVSYST program complex solar energy resources reckoning we have made the calculation of gross, specific gross and technical Orenburg region solar energy potential. Also we have carried out the assessment of technical and economic solar power station clusters work using PVSOL Expert program and chosen the equipment structure meeting all the requirements of Resolution number 449 to sign the contract of provision capacity. In this work the constructive solutions of module installation and placement within the chosen section of projectable station cadastral borders was proposed. We have made the cost efficiency assessment of the project, financed completely by its own means.
