Abstract

Ð’ диссертации проанализировано современное состояние использование солнечной энергии в мире, рассмотрены современные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ ÑÐ¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², крупнейшие солнечные фотоэлектрические станции и нормативно-правовая база внедрения ВИЭ в России. Приведена методика расчета Ð²Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð² солнечной энергии с использованием программного комплекса PVSYST и на ее основе проведен расчет валового, удельного валового и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ потенциала солнечной энергии Оренбургской области. Также в работе проведена Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-экономическая оценка работы кластеров солнечной электростанции с использованием программы PVSOL Еxpert и выбран вариант состава оборудования, удовлетворяющий всем требованиям Постановления â„–449 для заключения договора о предоставлении мощности. Предложены конструктивные решения установки и размещения модулей в Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»Ð°Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð°ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ† участка проектируемой станции. Произведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта, финансируемого полностью за счет ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´ÑÑ‚Ð².

In this master`s thesis we have analyzed the current using of solar energy in the world, we have considered the modern technologies of solar elements, the largest solar photo-electric stations. Also we have looked through the RES implementation regulatory framework in Russian Federation. Using the technique of PVSYST program complex solar energy resources reckoning we have made the calculation of gross, specific gross and technical Orenburg region solar energy potential. Also we have carried out the assessment of technical and economic solar power station clusters work using PVSOL Expert program and chosen the equipment structure meeting all the requirements of Resolution number 449 to sign the contract of provision capacity. In this work the constructive solutions of module installation and placement within the chosen section of projectable station cadastral borders was proposed. We have made the cost efficiency assessment of the project, financed completely by its own means.
