Abstract

In this paper, we proposed to develop a planetary motor reducer, consisting of a planetary gearbox and asynchronous three-phase motor. The first stage is made to find the optimal number of steps and the choice of the type of planetary motor-reducer. Performing more detailed study to get a possible construction with aim to reducing weight, improving manufacturability and minimize manufacturing cost of reducer. Design 3D-models reduction gear to evaluate the efficiency of structural elements: shafts and axles, bearings, carrier low-speed stage, screw connections.
