Abstract

Рассчитаны основные размеры асинхронного двигателя (высота оси вращения, внутренний диаметр статора, полюсное деление, размеры зубцовой зоны и воздушного зазора), электромагнитные параметры (линейная токовая нагрузка, плотность тока). Был произведен расчет магнитной системы, основных и добавочных потерь. На основании этих данных были рассчитаны рабочие и пусковые характеристики двигателя, а также выполнена оценка теплового состояния. Проанализирована работа асинхронного двигателя при различных частотах и выявлены их критические значения.

Calculated basic dimensions of the induction motor (the height of the axis of rotation, the inner diameter of the stator, pole pitch, the size of the tooth zone and the air gap), electromagnetic parameters (linear current-carrying capacity, current density). Has been produced calculation of the magnetic system, the basic and additional losses. Operating and starting characteristics of the engine have been calculated on the basis of these data, as well as the estimation of the thermal state. Has been analyzed the work of the induction motor at different frequencies and identified their critical values.
