
РаÑÑчитаны оÑновные размеры аÑинхронного Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ (выÑота оÑи вращениÑ, внутренний диаметр Ñтатора, полюÑное деление, размеры зубцовой зоны и воздушного зазора), Ñлектромагнитные параметры (Ð»Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ·ÐºÐ°, плотноÑть тока). Был произведен раÑчет магнитной ÑиÑтемы, оÑновных и добавочных потерь. Ðа оÑновании Ñтих данных были раÑÑчитаны рабочие и пуÑковые характериÑтики двигателÑ, а также выполнена оценка теплового ÑоÑтоÑниÑ. Проанализирована работа аÑинхронного Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ различных чаÑтотах и выÑвлены их критичеÑкие значениÑ.
Calculated basic dimensions of the induction motor (the height of the axis of rotation, the inner diameter of the stator, pole pitch, the size of the tooth zone and the air gap), electromagnetic parameters (linear current-carrying capacity, current density). Has been produced calculation of the magnetic system, the basic and additional losses. Operating and starting characteristics of the engine have been calculated on the basis of these data, as well as the estimation of the thermal state. Has been analyzed the work of the induction motor at different frequencies and identified their critical values.
