Abstract

В учебном пособии рассмотрены особенности развития лидерских навыков работников, принципы формирования командной работы, методы и модели эффективного командного управления. Учебное пособие основывается на научно-практической деятельности авторов в области теории лидерства, управления и планирования командной работы. Предназначено для бакалавров и специалистов всех направлений подготовки в рамках изучения модуля саморазвития.

The training manual considers the peculiarities of developing leadership skills in employees, the principles of forming teamwork, methods and models of effective team management. The training manual is based on the authors’ research and practical work in the field of leadership theory, management, and planning of teamwork. It is intended for Bachelor’s and Specialist’s degree students of all majors as part of the study of the self-development module.
