Abstract

The practicum corresponds to the content of the discipline “Technical thermodynamics” in the majors 13.03.01 “Heat power engineering”, 13.03.03 “Power machine engineering”, 14.03.01 “Nuclear power engineering and thermophysics”, 14.05.01 “Nuclear reactors and materials”. The laboratory practicum includes works devoted to the experimental determination of thermophysical properties of substances, used in thermodynamic cycles as working bodies, and of the energy conversion processes occurring in power engineering equipment. Considerable attention is paid to measurements, experimental methods, and assessment of the accuracy of the obtained results. The methodologies presented in the practicum comply with modern national and international standards. It is intended for students of the Institute of Energy, as well as for students of the extramural faculty for independent study of the discipline “Thermodynamics”.
