Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует СУОС СПбПУ подготовки магистров по направлению 38.04.02 «Менеджмент». Пособие имеет учебно-методическое назначение и используется при проведении лекционных и практических занятий по дисциплине «Корпоративные финансы». В пособии последовательно освещаются фундаментальные концепции корпоративных финансов: теория приведенной стоимости, теория портфеля и теория структуры капитала. Целью пособия является обеспечение теоретической и практической подготовки студентов в процессе обучения оценке приведенной стоимости денежных потоков, эффективного управления риском и доходностью вложений на фондовых рынках, оптимизации структуры капитала с целью достижения финансовой устойчивости и максимизации стоимости компании для акционеров. Пособие предназначено для студентов магистратуры. Может также использоваться студентами бакалавриата при изучении дисциплины «Финансовый менеджмент» и преподавателями вузов, осуществляющих подготовку обучающихся по направлениям «Экономика», «Менеджмент».

The training manual corresponds to the requirements of the self-imposed educational standard of SPbPU for the Master’s degree program in the major 38.04.02 “Management”. The manual has an educational and methodological purpose and is used during lectures and practical classes on the discipline “Corporate Finance”. The manual consistently covers the fundamental concepts of corporate finance: present value theory, portfolio theory, and capital structure theory. The purpose of the manual is to provide theoretical and practical training for students in the process of studying assessment of the present value of cash flows, effective management of risk and return on investments in stock markets, optimization of capital structure in order to achieve financial stability and maximize the value of a company for shareholders. The manual is intended for Master’s degree students. It can also be used by Bachelor’s degree students when studying the discipline “Financial Management” and university teachers who teach students in the majors “Economics” and “Management”.
