The training manual corresponds to the working program of the discipline "Strategic Human Resource Management" of master's degree training in the major coded 38.04.03 "Human Resource Management". The manual deals with the basic concepts and the essence of strategic human resource management, human resource management systems, the classification of human resource management strategies and criteria for selecting the necessary strategy are presented in detail. Several chapters are devoted to human resource policy, staff planning, career management, assessment of staff development and self-development. The final chapter deals with key performance indicators of human resource management.
