Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует рабочей программе дисциплины «Стратегическое управление персоналом» для подготовки магистров по направлению 38.04.03 «Управление персоналом». Ð’ учебном пособии рассмотрены основные понятия и сущность стратегического управления персоналом, системы управления персоналом, подробно описаны классификации стратегий управления персоналом и критерии выбора Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð¹ стратегии. Несколько глав посвящены вопросам кадровой политики, кадрового планирования, управления карьерой, оценки развития и саморазвития персонала. Ð’ завершающей главе рассмотрены ключевые показатели эффективности управления персоналом. Предназначено для студентов, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ по программам 38.04.03_01 «Управление человеческим капиталом предприятия», 38.04.03_03 «Администрирование в ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ»ÑƒÐ±Ð°Ñ Ð¸ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ Â» направления 38.04.03 «Управление персоналом».

The training manual corresponds to the working program of the discipline "Strategic Human Resource Management" of master's degree training in the major coded 38.04.03 "Human Resource Management". The manual deals with the basic concepts and the essence of strategic human resource management, human resource management systems, the classification of human resource management strategies and criteria for selecting the necessary strategy are presented in detail. Several chapters are devoted to human resource policy, staff planning, career management, assessment of staff development and self-development. The final chapter deals with key performance indicators of human resource management. It is intended for students studying in the programs 38.04.03_01 "Enterprise Human Capital Management", 38.04.03_03 "Administration in Sports Clubs and Organizations" of the major 38.04.03 "Human Resource Management".
