Abstract

This textbook is devoted to the use of digital tools and methods for assessing biomechanical and physiological parameters of movements in biathletes locomotion. On specific examples, the ways of their possible use as a means of pedagogical control of motor actions in ski movements and techniques that determine the effectiveness of shots are shown. It is of interest for students, undergraduates and postgraduates studying in the areas of training “Physical culture”, “Physical culture and sports”, coaches who are looking for innovative ways to improve the training of athletes.
