Abstract

Автор обращается к проблеме проектирования воспитательной среды образовательной организации на основе современных исследований и программных документов отечественного образования в сфере воспитания. В педагогической науке понятие «воспитательная среда» активно используется на протяжении последнего десятилетия. Автор анализирует точки зрения современных исследователей и, опираясь на базовое для данного исследования представление о воспитательной среде как совокупности обстоятельств, факторов, условий жизнедеятельности ребенка, социальных ценностей, влияющих на его личностное развитие и содействующих его вхождению в современную культуру, выдвигает предположение о разработке типовой модели воспитательной среды, которая поможет практикам в разработке вариативных моделей образовательных организаций. Разработка типовой модели, по мнению автора, необходима для систематизации воспитательной деятельности образовательной организации, конструктивного взаимодействия и координации усилий всех участников воспитательного процесса по формированию духовных потребностей, социально-значимых ценностей личности, и созданию условий для самореализации. Данная модель представлена автором как совокупность универсальных компонентов индивидуально-группового, ценностно-духовного; функционально-деятельностного; пространственно-предметного, содержательное наполнение которых зависит от типа образовательной организации. На примере общеобразовательной школы в статье представлено содержательное наполнение основных компонентов модели. Экспериментальным подтверждением значимости разработки типовой модели стали результаты использования ее в образовательном процессе магистратур по направлению подготовки «Педагогическое образование» Тольяттинского государственного университета, экспертного изучения затруднений студентов в процессе моделирования. Представленная модель может использоваться в практической деятельности педагогов, специалистов в сфере воспитания всех уровней образования, советников по воспитательной работе общеобразовательных организаций.

The author addresses the problem of designing the educational environment of an educative organization on the basis of modern research and programme documents of domestic education in the field of upbringing. In pedagogical science, the concept of "educational environment" has been actively used over the last decade. The author analyses the points of view of modern researchers and, relying on the basic for this research idea of the educational environment as a set of circumstances, factors, conditions of a child's life, social values that influence his personal development and promote his entry into modern culture, suggests the development of a typical model of the educational environment, which will help practitioners in the development of variant models of educational organizations. According to the author, the development of a standard model is necessary for systematization of educational activities of an educative organization, constructive interaction and coordination of efforts of all participants of the educational process to form spiritual needs, socially significant values of the individual, and to create conditions for self-realization. This model is presented by the author as a set of universal components of individual-group, value-spiritual; functional-activity; spatial-subject, the content of which depends on the type of educational organization. The article presents the content of the main components of the model on the example of a general education school. Experimental confirmation of the significance of the development of the model was the results of its use in the educational process of master's degree courses in the direction of training "Pedagogical Education" of Togliatti State University, expert research of students' difficulties in the process of modelling. The presented model can be used in the practical activity of teachers, specialists in the field of education at all levels of education, educational advisors of general educational organizations.
