Abstract

Bu calisma 1 yasli kavak fidanlari uzerinde yapilmistir. Calismada, Marmara Bolgesinde yaygin olarak uretimi yapilan I-214 ve Samsun (I-77/51) klonlari ile Izmit (S.307/26) klonu kullanilmistir. Bu klonlarin yillik yaprak dokum miktari ve bu yolla topraga verilen bitki besin maddelerinin tespiti yapilmistir. Yapraklarda taze ve firin kurusu agirliklar ile bitki besin maddelerinden N, P, K, Ca, Mg ve Na elementleri belirlenmistir. Sonuclar, yapraklardaki bitki besin maddesi konsantrasyonunun klonlar itibari ile Samsun (I-77/51) > Izmit (S.307/26) > I-214 seklinde siralandigini gostermektedir. Bitki besin maddelerinin yapraklarda bulunus sirasi ise N > Ca > K > Mg > P > Na seklinde ortaya cikmistir.
