PEDAGOGIA FREINET: AUTO-ORGANIZAÇÃO E OS PLANOS INDIVIDUAIS DE TRABALHO

Abstract

RESUMO Este artigo discute a autenticidade do princípio de auto-organização e dos planos individuais de trabalho na perspectiva da pedagogia Freinet. Em razão da inatividade dos alunos, quando inseridos em contextos tradicionais de ensino, o plano individual de trabalho pode mudar a relação deles com o conhecimento e com o desejo de aprender e de investigar o mundo. Na perspectiva da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, apresentamos alguns aportes teóricos e práticos tratados por Freinet acerca do desenvolvimento da auto-organização da criança e problematizamos três modelos de planos individuais de trabalho – um deles utilizado pelo próprio Freinet e outros dois atuais, um aberto e um fechado, construídos por professores franceses. Nossas conclusões consideram o plano individual de trabalho uma ferramenta que proporciona a auto-organização dos alunos e de elevada importância na pedagogia Freinet para a construção de respostas efetivas que visem à educação libertadora.
