Abstract

除草剤ブタクロール (マーシェット) を0.02M KH2PO4緩衝液中でpH5.2 (真菌) あるいはpH7.0 (細菌) の下に各種の土壌微生物による分解を試みた結果, Mucor sufui および別の2種類の Mucor 属真菌, Penicillium citrinum, P. glaucum, Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma viride, Fusarium oxysporum および Bacillus subtilis によって比較的容易に分解されることがわかった. Mucor sufui NTU-358を用いて行なった実験では少なくとも8~12種の代謝産物が存在することを認めた. そのなかで2-chloro-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide, 2-hydroxy-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide, 2,6-diethylaniline, N-chloroacetyl-7-ethyl-2,3-dihydroindole, 2,6-diethylacetanilide および N-methyl-2-chloro-2′,6′-diethylacetanilide 等6種の化合物が代謝産物であることを証明し, 代謝経路を推定した. 土壌中におけるブタクロールの分解は主として土壌微生物の作用によるものであろうと思われる.
